San Diego Flower Preservation Artist
Why Preserve Flowers?
Save them forever
How?
Having your event located in San Diego or having a connection in San Diego makes for a seamless process. Upon booking, all details will be sorted out as far as receiving the flowers. I accept drop-offs and may be available for pickups. If you have an engagement, wedding, prom, gender reveal, memorial, or have any other special event in a different city or state, but have a reliable point person who can bring the bouquet/arrangements back with them, I am happy to communicate with them. That will save you shipping costs. Overnight shipping is necessary and can be very expensive depending on your location, but I do take wedding bouquets from all over the US!
*Pro-tip- use PIRATESHIP.com to print your label at home, and have the carrier come straight to your address for pickup!
Tell me more
After I receive the flowers, I deconstruct, categorize, and place them in the drying agent or pressing process to begin the moisture removal stage. Your flowers take many weeks to have the moisture removed, and will stay safe in the drying agent until your order is up in the queue.
Based on photos of your original arrangements, I design, and the pouring or placing process begins.
I work to ensure the least amount of outside disturbance (bubbles/dust) occur during resin pouring. However, due to the 100% handmade process, there are some unavoidable deviations that may occur. Timing is everything in the flower preservation process. I am meticulous and rushing any step of these processes can alter your final pieces, so please be patient.
Your beautiful floral preservation pieces will take a few days to a week to cure, and can continue to cure when they are in your posession. The process takes patience and time, so please take note of that. It will be worth it! Shipping is an option now offered in the “Photos, Items, Options” section.

Deposit & Minimums
$150 deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your final preservation purchase. A $300 minimum order is required.
Booking Timeline
Book early, especially for weddings and busy seasons. Your bouquet should be received within 4 days of the event (overnight shipping preferred if not local). Fresher flowers = better results.
Flower Condition
Flowers may and likely will show trauma (bruising, browning, discoloration) when placed in resin. Even if not visible right away, they can appear as "love" spots on the petals. As a professional preservation artist, I work to decrease these from happening as much as physically possible.
Re-Creations Available
I work with local florists to recreate arrangements from past events if needed.
Resin Care
All resin yellows slightly over time. Avoid direct sunlight to keep your piece looking its best. I work with the best possible resin on the market that is specifically curated for flower preservation, so the odds of this are significantly decreased.
Safety Note
Preservation pieces can weigh over 15 lbs, and have sharp elements. Please keep them away from areas where they could fall on children or pets, and handle with care and caution.
