Provided here are the drop-off instructions you may use yourself, or give to a friend or family member. If they are read and followed exactly, there will be no issue in finding the drop-off point. Since drop-off is allowed at any point during the day/night, I may not be available during the time someone calls if they happen to get lost, so please encourage them to read the instructions fully.

As many bouquets are received, I ask that you PLEASE label your flowers with a note, or send a photo of them after they are dropped off. If there isn't sufficient space in the locker itself, please feel free to leave them on top of, or below, or anywhere there is space. If I myself am not able to bring them inside right away, I have assistants in the complex that bring them inside. Don't worry, they are always safe here.

Floral Drop-off Instructions

(However, the easiest way to find the dropoff is entering the address to the complex, which will take you right to the leasing office/entrance to the buildings.)

Pull into Torrey Gardens complex, take your first right OR park in the retail parking to the left if there are FedEx or Amazon trucks on the right.

Walk directly to where the "leasing office" sign is, and the Amazon hub lockers are.

You will see a singular glass door, with a keypad on the building structure. The code is 01383. 0 clears the keypad, then enter 1383.

Walk up the stairs, and go straight past the blue sculpture. You will see building 3 on your left, 10665. Walk through that door that leads into the building, and take a right and it will be the first door on the left, 3117. Please leave the flowers right on the doorstep and they will be taken in as soon as possible. Please leave a post-it with the name attached, or send a photo after they are dropped off.

Something unique to my business is offering a modern solution to solving the potentially tedious task of getting your flowers to me when you have family and mimosas at brunch waiting for you. If you live a little further away, or are just going to be too exhausted the next day to deliver, I offer solutions. For the base fee of $40, I can schedule a night-of/next day pickup at your venue ($40 within 20 miles, extra applies outside of that which will be determined at time of pickup-usually is $15-20).

If you are unfamiliar with Uber Courier, to put it simply, it is like calling an Uber for your flowers. With the pickup option (day or night) I will schedule the courier for you, and whether it is a family member or friend, the drivers information will be shared with them so they can see the exact location of the driver, their cars make and model, and license plate number.

You are also welcome to schedule the driver yourself the next day at your convenience using the Uber app.

If you choose to use my pickup services, before purchasing please confirm with me that I am available to schedule.

For night of- choose someone reliable to do the handoff! They must meet the driver promptly, or there may be a risk of them cancelling or charging extra wait time. I of course understand timelines and how they may differ from the initial plan, and expect that to be the case. I am more than happy to work within a time frame. I reach out to the contact provided by you to see if the timing works. I don't think anyone should be glued to their phone during a wedding or special event, I just ask that you please have your point person pay attention to their phone during the timeframe we decide. If anything changes prior to your event, or during, please feel free to have anyone text me at any point to give me an update! I will be looking out all day for any updates.

Just as I respect you, your time, and your vendors, I simply ask the same with myself and the couriers! If something goes wrong during a night-of pickup, just have someone reliable hold onto your bouquet and we can reschedule the pickup for the day after.

Shipping may seem complicated, but if the instructions are followed, there should be no issue. Overnight shipping is mandatory. If possible, it is a better idea to ship your flowers out on a Monday rather than a Saturday. This is because we definitely do not want your flowers sitting in a hot warehouse for even a day or two while the postal services are closed. In the meantime until you ship, just make sure they are in fresh water with the stems trimmed.

Shipping Instructions

1. Depending on the size of your bouquet, a medium or large box will be needed. Trimming the stems to make it fit works great.

2. Pack some brown packing paper in the bottom of the box for added cushion and protection.

3. Wrap damp paper towels around the stems (cut at an angle to soak in the water). Then, place a plastic baggie around the paper towels (Stems Only, DO NOT put any plastic over the flowers, they will rot) and secure with a rubber band or elastic.

4. Carefully wrap some brown packing paper around the bouquet itself to help keep the flowers together during shipping. Tissue paper works as well.

5. Gently place the bouquet in the box and cover it with the brown packing paper to provide protection on the top. Again, NO plastic covering or wrapping the flowers. Plastic on the flowers WILL cause them to rot and be unusable. Tape up the box and ship! I recommend overnighting with FedEx. Choose ‘NO’ signature as I am not always the one to accept or be available at every hour.

As long as they provide proof of delivery (a photo/a location) that works fine.
